Deskripsi Training Stage 3 Electro-Hydraulics

Sistem Hidrolik adalah suatu sistem/ peralatan yang bekerja berdasarkan sifat dan potensi / kemampuan yang ada pada zat cair ( liquid ). Kata hidrolik sendiri berasal dari bahasa Greek yakni dari kata hydro yang berati air dan aulos yang berarti pipa.

Menimbang cukup kompleknya materi pelatihan Stage 3 Electro-Hydraulics ini bagi peserta, dibutuhkan training provider yang berpengalaman di bidangnya agar tidak membuat peserta tidak menjadi cepat bosan dan jenuh dalam mendalami bidang teknik ini.

Tujuan Training Stage 3 Electro-Hydraulics

On completion of this course candidates will:

• Have a good level of familiarity with the theory of electrical principles
• Have a thorough understanding of the interactions between electrical components
• Understand the use of electrical control components in sequential circuits
• Be able to design and construct simple electro-hydraulic circuits
• Be able to trace simple logic circuits through an industrial PLC
• Know the basic operation of proportional amplifier cards
• Be able to identify and rectify basic problems with proportional and closed-loop control systems.

Materi Training Stage 3 Electro-Hydraulics

1. Electrical principles – fundamentals of voltage, current and resistance
2. Electrical components – sensors, relays, solenoids
3. Electronic components – resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes
4. Electrical symbols and notation – read and interpret an electrical circuit diagram
5. Operation of programmable logic controllers (PLC)
6. Practical exercises – build electro-hydraulic circuits using relays and/or a PLC
7. Fundamentals of digital and analogue signals and systems
8. Sensors and transducers applied to speed, position, and pressure measurement
9. Introduction to open-loop and closed-loop control
10. Proportional valve amplifiers in electro-hydraulic systems
11. Practical exercises – using proportional valve amplifiers in open-loop and closed loop applications
12. Studi Kasus / Praktek pemecahan masalah Stage 3 Electro-Hydraulics
