The course will cover topics on maintenance information how preventive and     predictive maintenance management, total productive maintenance, parameter monitoring and analysis,  schedule maintenance,  maintenance budget estimation, and equipments condition monitoring.

   Introduction to  Maintenance Budget, Maintenance Budget Estimation, Strategy and Replacement method, Objective Performance , Availability.
5. Predictive Maintenance Technique
   Vibration Monitoring, Thermography,   Tribology, Process Parameters, Visual Inspection, Ultrasonic Monitoring.
6. Machine Vibrating Monitoring
   Basic of vibration, vibration characteristic, transducer for vibration, vibration parameter.
7. Studi Kasus / Praktek pemecahan masalah Management maintenance
