Deskripsi Training Pengenalan Proses Industri

Proses industri berarti proses, metode atau layanan,

(a) untuk pemantauan ada atau tidak adanya atau mengukur konsentrasi atau tingkat ANALYTE dalam sampel, zat atau cairan, di mana sampel, zat, atau cairan yang berasal dari non-manusia atau berasal dari sampel non-manusia, dan

(b) yang bukan merupakan PROSES PENELITIAN atau PROSES DIAGNOSTIK, yang penggunaan atau pelaksanaannya, secara keseluruhan atau sebagian, tidak memiliki lisensi yang diberikan di bawah ini akan melanggar, atau dicakup oleh, satu atau lebih KLAIM HAK PATEN.

Menimbang cukup kompleknya materi pelatihan Penganalan Proses Industri ini bagi peserta, dibutuhkan training provider yang berpengalaman di bidangnya agar tidak membuat peserta tidak menjadi cepat bosan dan jenuh dalam mendalami bidang teknik ini.

Tujuan Training Pengenalan Proses Industri

This course is designed for the entry-level instrumentation mechanic or experienced electrician who needs to understand the basics of industrial process measurement. With a focus upon OSHA compliance, the student will be introduced to process measurement with the understanding that the individual must be a qualified person to be able work on the equipment.  With that in mind the person will learn about the construction, operation, and how to avoid the hazards associated with both pneumatic and electronic process measurement devices.

At the conclusion of the course the participant should be able to: determine the manipulated variable, controlled variable, and measured variable given a description of various typical industrial processes, convert a pressure, level, flow, or temperature process variable value into the appropriate pneumatic or electrical value given different types of instrument, identify the electrical variable that is either directly or inferentially used by various types of instruments and transmitters using ISA industrial consensus standard techniques.
