As every property is unique, the valuation of property presents many challenges and has a strong influence on the financial viability of both existing buildings and the development process. General models for valuing commercial property, industrial property and land will be introduced.

Saat ini tercatat sebagai tenaga ahli di departemen Civil and Environmental Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Bidang keahliannya antara lain Management Proyek, Metode Konstruksi dan perkuatan, Perencanaan Anggaran Biaya dan Contractor Development. Aktif dalam kepengurusan pada berbagai asosiasi konstruksi di Indonesia, a.l LPJKD, IAI dan PII. Technician, Engineer, Supervisor (Civil and Mechanical) Berpengalaman dalam penanganan dan pengelolaan gedung dan manajemen proyek di berbagai instansi.
