TRAINING OVERVIEW:

This Four Day Intensive workshop is specially designed for specific participants who want to learn Project Management Methodology and to get the skill of using Microsoft Project starting from Foundation Level to Intermediate Level.
During the training, all participants will learn the concept of Project Management Methodology, and Step by Step how to use Microsoft Project (2003/2007/2010) facilitated by the international certified, experienced trainer who masters and understands the Project Management Methodology based on PMBOK ( version 2000, 2004, and 2008) and possess the master level of using Microsoft Project ( version 2000, 2007, and the newest version 2010).
Specifically the training allow participants to learn how to schedule activities EFFICIENTLY, assign resources ECONOMICALLY, and track project performance EFFECTIVELY. Participants will master scheduling and tracking concepts while experiencing Microsoft Project hands-on.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS TRAINING?:

This training is intended for project managers running medium-to-large scale and cross-functional projects. Functional managers, line managers, and architects who work as group leaders on projects and are responsible for developing parts of projects or sub-projects should also attend.

This training is specially designed for:
Project Managers, Architects & Groups Leaders, Functional & Line Managers, IT. But it could be attended by Developers and Staff, Advanced Project Managers, Senior Managers, Business Analysts, PMO/Project Specialist, Technical, Non-Technical, Pharma/Biomed, etc.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES:

After attending this workshop, all participants will:

  • Get the knowledge of Project Management Methodology based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) – PMI, USA
  • Possess the skills of using Microsoft Project ( version 2007/2003) from foundation Level to Intermediate Level through special hands on approach facilitated by the international certified, and experienced Trainer
  • Know to use the PM Toolkit including the PM Process and Templates based on PMBOK – PMI, USA
  • Get involved in doing Project Case Study in group during Class-room Simulation/Case Study SessionTRAINING BENEFIT :

Para peserta akan memperoleh bimbingan langsung baik teori maupun penyelesaian studi kasus difasilitasi oleh Lead Consultant/Trainer yang berpengalaman dan memilik sertifikasi Internasional dalam Project Management.
Para peserta mendapatkan PM knowledge dan references serta informasi terkait tentang project management melalui bahan tambahan berupa softcopy mencakup teori, referensi, presentasi, form & template, sample case study, dll. yang akan dibagikan ke masing-masing peserta.

3. Develop the Project Work Plan

Once the project scope is developed and agreed-upon, the project manager works with their team to develop the project work plan. Here, we examine the work breakdown structure, work packages, and project phases.

• Employ a Work Package Dictionary to build quality into your project
• Successful work package ingredients in an IT environment
